James has successfully worked in marketing and real estate for two decades. James began his real estate career traveling the nation assisting multimillion-dollar builders and developers with their marketing products and strategy. Transitioning to California in 2012, James shifted his focus to residential real estate starting at Keller Williams in 2013. He built a noteworthy career at KW being honored as the agent with the most year-to-year growth in 2016. Following this success, James co-founded Artisan Real Estate, a boutique brokerage catering to builders and developers. Finding a kinship for the appreciation and beauty of Southern California real estate, he is now part of the Keller Williams - Los Feliz Office.
